Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course or subscription on VisualCoders. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.

No Refund Policy

All sales on VisualCoders are final. Once a course or subscription is purchased and payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as explicitly described in the "Duplicate or Erroneous Charges" section below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

VisualCoders provides digital educational content — course videos, algorithm visualizations, quizzes, and learning resources. Upon successful payment, you are granted immediate, unrestricted access to the purchased content. Because digital access cannot be "returned" once granted, refunds are not applicable. This policy is consistent with standard practices for digital goods and services under Indian law.

Exception: Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

We will investigate and issue a correction only in the following cases: - You were charged more than once for the exact same order - A technical error on our payment system resulted in an incorrect charge - You were charged an amount different from the displayed price at checkout To report such an issue, email support@visualcoders.in within 7 days of the transaction with: - Your registered email address - Order ID / Payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt) - A brief description of the discrepancy We will respond within 3–5 business days. If the error is confirmed, the correction will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may request account cancellation at any time by contacting support@visualcoders.in. However, cancelling your account does not entitle you to a refund for any previously purchased courses or active subscription periods. Access to purchased content remains available until the end of your billing cycle (if applicable), after which your account will be deactivated. No pro-rated or partial refunds are issued for unused access periods.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a valid, non-erroneous transaction is a violation of these terms and may result in: - Immediate suspension of your account - Permanent ban from VisualCoders platform - Legal action under applicable Indian law If you have a genuine concern, please contact us at support@visualcoders.in before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Payments on VisualCoders are processed securely via Razorpay. Refund timelines (where applicable) are subject to Razorpay's settlement schedule and your bank's processing time.

Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
